Cryptoprocta ferox, Fossa

If only I could have seen one of these guys in the wild! I was dying to see one! This individual was at the Bronx Zoo, I know its cheating but hopefully I can go back to Madagascar one day and find them.

Indri-indri, Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, Madagascar.

Last of the Indri (and some of my favorite shots) and last trip as a group in Madagascar. These days are truly missed.

Indri indri - Andasibe- Mantadia National Park, Madagascar.

I can not get over this species. I love them. This is the second to last post of them, and second to last post on my entire Madagascar adventure.

I know these are not the clearest of all photos, but I’m putting them up because of the cool movement the Indri has; this one is also carrying a baby, imagine if humans were like these primates?
